LFW 2012 Archibald Optics.

Chris Benns (Who i Assist)  is the Creative Director to new glasses brand 'Archibald Optics' who launched their online site early this year: www.archibaldoptics.com. We were approached to style the looks for the photos which were used on their site. We did full look photos and also head crops.
Archibald Optics were fortunate enough to exhibit the brand at LFW which is amazing for exposure. Many new brands are recognised during fashion week and can even be featured on sites such as Vogue and Elle.

Chris and i played a part in Visual Merchandising the stand for the brand. It had to be very appealing so that it drew people in but also reflected the brand. The set up was based on old vintage suitcases and trunk which was very rustic and reflected the old heritage theme in which the brand carries.
The glasses are named after Gentlemen to put it briefly; names such as: Milford, Edmund, Clive and Abebe. ( I have a pair of the Abebe frames which i love) The open Suitcases at the top were strategically placed with Books, Old mints, Mini tin cans, journals and books. All from a vintage shop. The glasses were then placed on top of the books and hanging from pockets within the suitcase.

Take a closer look....
